In this scheme, there is almost 52 kinds of products are covered. The purpose of this kind of registration is Self Confirmation by Manufacturer to complying with said INDIAN STANDARD SPECIFICATION. For this licence, Manufacturer needs to get their product tested first from Outside BIS approved Labs (visit www.slephindia.in for details of lab and CRS products) and get their product registered with BIS. 3: BIS Hallmark: These certifications from BIS is being provided for Gold and Silver Hallmark Centres as well as refineries.
