The Hermetic Compressor is widely used for the refrigeration and air conditioning applications. In all the household appliances like refrigerators, deep freezers, window air conditioners, split air conditioners, most of the packaged air conditioners, the hermetically sealed reciprocating compressors are used.
For safe use, it should be tested and certified by the Bureau of Indian Standard.
