• After that applicant is required to apply with requisite documents to BIS

• BIS officials will do scrutiny of the application.

• BIS will nominate an auditor for audit of manufacturing premises.

• After that, the BIS auditor shall audit manufacturing premises.

• The auditor will draw a sample for independent testing during the audit.

• After that, sample testing shall be carried out in a BIS-approved laboratory.

• After testing, BIS will grant a license to the manufacturer to use the ISI mark on toys.
