Description

The private automatic branch exchange (PABX) is an automatic telephone switching system. In this system several devices such as telephone, faxes and answering machines are connected with each other with the public telephone network. By Private Automatic Branch Exchange a number of phones can be operated using a relatively low number of public telephone lines. Ministry of Communications has notified “Indian Telegraph (Amendment) Rules” for Mandatory Testing and Certification of Private Automatic Branch Exchange. The testing is to be carried out for conformance to Essential Requirements for the equipment, by Indian Accredited Labs designated by TEC and based upon their test reports; certificate shall be issued by TEC. The manufacturers/importers are required to be tested and certified their products under TEC, Government of India. #Aleph India QMS assists the manufacturers or importers to get their mandatory product certification for sell in India.
